| Resumen : | La víctima juega un papel preponderante dentro de la Perfilación Criminal ya que es una técnica permite al investigador analizar el perfil criminológico del agresor, teniendo en cuenta que la víctima es la primera persona en presenciar o evidenciar un crimen, dentro de esta escena el investigador mientras más conozca de la víctima sabrá más de quien fue su agresor, para lo cual se aplica la técnica de la perfilación criminal donde se describa, explique, prediga las características de la persona que cometió un delito y de quien se desconoce su identidad. Tomando en cuenta que la víctima es la persona que sufre el crimen y sobre quien se plasma el modus operandi y la firma del criminal. Si la víctima logra sobrevivir esta se convierte en la persona que brinde información importante que ayudara a resolver el caso. Un buen perfil victimológico ayudará al investigador a determinar en qué grupo de personas se ha de buscar al asesino para que lo cual debe realizar un análisis minucioso de los rasgos físicos, relaciones afectivas, estilo de vida, profesión u ocupación, nivel de estudios, datos donde vivía, historial psiquiátrico y médico, pasado judicial, historia sexual y social, últimas actividades. Toda la información que se obtenga de la víctima es útil para llegar a comprender porque razón esa persona fue elegida por el agresor y no otra. Si se logra descubrir ¿cómo y por qué? un criminal selecciona a su víctima, se logrará establecer un vínculo de relación entre la víctima y el agresor. |
| Descripción : | Abstract: The Victim plays a preponderant role within the Criminal Profiling since being a technique allows the investigator to analyze the criminological profile of the aggressor, taking into account that the victim is the first person to witness or evidence a crime, within this scene the investigator The more you know about the victim, the more you will know about who was the aggressor, for which the criminal profiling technique will be applied where it is described, explained, predicts the characteristics of the person who committed a crime and whose identity is unknown. Taking into account that the victim is the person who suffers the crime and on whom the modus operandi and the criminal's signature are reflected. If the victim manages to survive, he or she becomes the person who provides us with important information that will help us solve the case. A good victimológico profile will help the investigator to determine in which group of people the murderer is to be searched, for which he must carry out a thorough analysis of physical traits, affective relationships, lifestyle, profession or occupation, educational level, data where he lived, psychiatric and medical history, judicial past, sexual and social history, last activities. All the information we obtain from the victim is useful to understand why that person was chosen by the aggressor and not another. If we can discover how and why? a criminal selects his victim, we will be able to establish a relationship between the victim and the aggressor. |
